Our History

Our journey began over two decades ago when our founder, Jo-Ann Keith, started grooming pets out of her home. With a natural talent for working with animals, Jo-Ann attended the Pedigree School of Professional Dog & Cat Grooming and became certified in animal CPR. She continued her education by attending seminars on the East Coast to upgrade her skills in the field of dog and cat grooming.

In 1996, Jo-Ann opened her first shop in Brighton, Massachusetts, and later moved to Somerville, Massachusetts, at Ball Square. Throughout the years, she has developed a reputation for her exceptional grooming techniques and compassionate care for pets. Jo-Ann is passionate about her work and takes pride in building lifelong relationships with her clients.

• Dog Grooming Service: A full groom of your dog includes trimming nails, cleaning ears, sanitary area trimming, bathing, and drying.
• Cat Grooming Service: A full groom of your cat includes brushing, nail trimming, eye cleaning, ear cleaning, and bathing.
• Pet Sitting Service: Our one-on-one interview with you and your pet ensures a personalized experience. We provide fresh water, food, and litterbox maintenance.
• Home Delivery Service: For purchases over $25.00, we offer free home delivery in Somerville and surrounding areas.
• Indoor Plant Care: We also offer plant care services for your convenience.
