Our journey began when our founder, Elizabeth, faced skin issues with her first German Shepherd, Maya. Through her struggles, Elizabeth realized the need for a self-service dog wash. She was inspired to create a safe and convenient space where dog owners could give their furry friends a good bath, every day, without breaking the bank.
Our Story
LaundroMutt Cambridge, located at 489 Concord Ave, Cambridge, MA 02138, has been serving the Greater Boston area since 2004. Our sister stores, BYOD Dog Wash, are located in Newton Centre and South Boston. Elizabeth, our founder and CEO, has a deep understanding of animal behavior and welfare, having studied biology and zoology at Skidmore College. Her real-world experience at the Minnesota Zoological Garden and the Wildlife Science Center has given her invaluable knowledge in animal care, behaviorism, and education.

Her husband, Evan, is the creative force behind our brand, designing our logo, and overseeing our marketing. With a background in graphic design and animation, Evan brings a keen eye for detail to our operations.
