At B&B Pet Stop, we are proud to be the largest pet store in the Gulf Coast, serving the Mobile, Alabama area for over 40 years. Our History

Our journey began in 1981 when our founders, Bill and Sally Trufant, opened the first B&B Pet Stop store in Saraland, Alabama. Over the years, we have grown and expanded to become the largest pet store in the Gulf Coast region. Our original store was only 600 square feet, but it quickly grew to 2,400 square feet in 1982. We have moved locations several times, but our commitment to providing excellent customer service and a wide range of pet products has remained constant.

In addition to being a pet store, we also specialize in daylilies. Our founder, Bill Trufant, has a passion for daylilies and has collected over 700 varieties. We offer a wide range of daylily varieties, and you can even visit our daylily garden to see them in person.

Giving Back

At B&B Pet Stop, we believe in giving back to our community. We support local organizations and charities and have donated over $348,000 to local pet-related charities since 2007. Our Round-Up for Charity program allows customers to round up their purchases to the nearest dollar to donate to our chosen charities.
