North County Obedience Training

The North St. Louis County Obedience Training Club Inc is a dedicated group of dog owners and enthusiasts who share a passion for training and competing with their canine companions. Our club's mission is to provide a supportive and educational environment where dog owners can learn and develop essential obedience skills with their dogs.

Services

Our club offers a variety of classes and training programs designed to cater to dogs of all ages and skill levels. From puppy socialization to advanced obedience training, we provide a comprehensive range of classes to help you and your dog achieve your training goals.

Puppy & Beginning Obedience Classes

Our Puppy & Beginning Obedience Classes are designed for puppies from 8 to 14 weeks of age. Our experienced instructors will guide you and your puppy through a 7-week program that focuses on socialization, basic obedience commands, and housebreaking.

Advanced Obedience & Rally Classes

For dogs who have already mastered basic obedience skills, our Advanced Obedience Classes offer more challenging exercises to refine your dog's skills and enhance your bond. Our Rally Classes provide a fun and exciting way to challenge your dog's obedience skills and compete in AKC Rally events.

Canine Freestyle Dance and Good Citizen Classes

Our Canine Freestyle Dance Class is a beginner's introduction to this fun and energetic sport. You don't need to be a dancer to participate, and our expert instructors will guide you through basic freestyle moves and positions. The Canine Good Citizen (CGC) and Canine Good Citizen Advanced (CGCA) testing programs are also available to our club members and students.

Practice Sessions

To help you and your dog prepare for competitions or simply to improve your skills, we offer practice sessions for our club members and students. Our expert instructors will be on hand to provide guidance and support.

Club Events and Trials

Throughout the year, we host various club events, trials, and competitions that provide a fun and challenging environment for you and your dog to test your skills. Our trial events include Obedience, Rally, Canine Freestyle, and Canine Good Citizen testing.
