Since 1992, we have been dedicated to providing the very best training and teaching methods to assist families in raising their dogs to be polite members of the family. Our mission is to provide the most up-to-date and scientifically sound practices to help our clients succeed in achieving the dog of their dreams.

Our Approach

We believe that people and dogs learn best when they are in an environment of mutual respect and trust. Our staff of instructors and teaching assistants have extensive training in animal behavior and training, and we use gentle methods to create our training plans that are mindful of being kind to both ends of the leash. We believe that dogs are thinking and emotional beings who deserve the chance to learn what is expected of them without fear of punishment.

Meet Our Team

Our team is headed by Gerilyn Bielakiewicz, a certified professional dog trainer (CPDT-KA) and member of the Association of Professional Dog Trainers (APDT). She has authored eight books on dog training, obedience, and dog tricks, and has trained and certified service dogs for Paws With A Cause, among other notable achievements. Our business side is managed by Paul Bielakiewicz, who is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the facility, including accounting, web design, and marketing.

Our Services

We offer a range of services, including group classes, private lessons, and online mini-courses. Our group classes are designed for dogs of all ages and skill levels, from puppy kindergarten to advanced obedience. Our private lessons are tailored to meet the individual needs of each dog and handler. Our online mini-courses provide bite-sized tips and training techniques to help dog owners set up their dogs for success.
