Additionally, our Citizen Canine Academy provides a hybrid of training and daycare, where your puppy or adult dog can work one-on-one with our training team to learn social fundamentals, basic skills, manners, and other specialized training.

Our Story
Citizen Canine was created to fill the need for a boarding and daycare service dedicated to the health and happiness of dogs. Founded in 2000 by Tina Merrill, our facility has been providing top-quality care for over 20 years. In 2014, Randi Drake joined as the local partner and president of the company. Randi is a volunteer at the East Bay SPCA and a member of the Association of Professional Dog Trainers.
