Training Services
Doggie Do Good has received mixed reviews from its customers. On one hand, many reviewers have praised the company for its excellent training services, citing improvements in their dog's behavior and obedience. For example, Ryan Kennard and Allyson Keck both gave the company 5-star ratings, with Kennard stating that Doggie Do Good "transformed" his puppy into a well-behaved dog. Keck, who is training a service dog with the company, has expressed her satisfaction with Destiny's professionalism and responsiveness to her questions.
Aversive Training Methods
However, one reviewer, Cb E., has strongly criticized Doggie Do Good for its use of aversive training methods, including shock and prong collars. Cb E. claims that these methods are inhumane and damaging, and that the company's trainers are uneducated and unprofessional. The reviewer also alleges that Doggie Do Good is dishonest and secretive about its training methods, and that the company has blocked them on social media after they questioned their techniques.
Customer Service
Other reviewers have praised Doggie Do Good's customer service, with Nicole Gutierrez and Matthew Paine both stating that the staff are professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Gutierrez's German Shepherd was trained by the company, and Paine has taken three of his dogs to Doggie Do Good for training.
Dog Boarding
Emma D. has given Doggie Do Good a 3-star rating, citing the high cost of boarding (up to $150 per night during holidays). While she appreciated the company's friendly staff, she felt that the prices were too high compared to other boarding facilities.
