Since our establishment in December 2000, we have been proudly serving dogs and their families from Texas to Maine, and we are delighted to help you plan for your dog's pawcation with ease and confidence. Our goal is to make your experience with us as seamless as possible, and we are always here to answer any questions you may have.

Our kennel is located on a picturesque 6-acre plot of land that serves as home to our family farm. With a license to accommodate up to 24 dogs, we pride ourselves on providing a more intimate and personalized experience for your pet. We treat every dog as if they were one of our own, dedicating ourselves to their needs with love, attention, and exercise. Our services have expanded over the years, and we are happy to offer a variety of options to suit your pet's individual needs.

Accommodations

Our kennel features 11 spacious runs that can comfortably accommodate dogs of all shapes and sizes, including Newfoundlands and larger. Each indoor space has an attached outdoor run, and the inside spaces are approximately 4 by 5 feet, with a ceiling height that ensures plenty of fresh air circulation. Our outside runs vary in size, with 9 of the 11 runs measuring 4 feet wide by 13 feet long, and two larger runs available for larger dogs or multiple dogs from the same family.

Trail Walks

At The Bed and Biscuit Country Boarding Inn, we believe that exercise is an essential part of a happy and healthy dog. That's why we take the time to walk each and every dog, regardless of the weather. We understand that every dog has unique needs, and we tailor our walks to suit your dog's individual preferences and energy levels. Our property backs onto the beautiful Powow River in Amesbury, providing a serene and stimulating environment for your pet to explore. We use retractable leashes for maximum freedom and enjoyment.

Play Yard

We are excited to offer a brand new outside play and exercise area for private play and basic training. We believe that every dog deserves one-on-one attention, and we do not offer group play. Instead, we focus on providing individualized care and attention to each and every dog. Our play yard is the perfect place for your dog to let loose and have fun, while also receiving basic training and socialization.

Fees and Policies

Our fees are designed to be transparent and fair, with no hidden charges or additional costs. We offer a variety of services to suit your needs, including day stay, long-term boarding, and basic training. Our check-in and drop-off policies are designed to be easy and convenient, with flexible hours and a streamlined process. We require all dogs to be up-to-date on their vaccinations, and we have strict protocols in place to ensure the health and safety of all of our guests.

Plan Your Stay

Our hours of operation are 7 days a week, with drop-off and pick-up times available between 8:30 AM and 10:00 AM, and 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM Monday through Friday and Sunday. Please note that we close an hour earlier on Saturdays. We are closed on major holidays, as well as during school vacations and long weekends. Minimum charges apply during these times.
