The reviewers who gave 1-star ratings were unhappy with their experience at Wagly. Shane Tichy was not refunded for cancelling a reservation within 10 days, despite the facility being fully booked. Johnny C. had a stressful experience with his puppy who was not comfortable at the facility, and he received multiple calls asking when he would pick up his pet. Michael C. had poor customer service and felt that the facility did not follow through on their promises. Joseph L. had to wait for an hour and a half to pick up his dog, and the facility refused to answer his calls for updates.
