Our Story

Home Alone Preferred Pet Care was founded in 2003 by Betty, a passionate animal lover who started the business to help with her husband's medical expenses. As the business grew, she brought on board Jim and his wife, who became part of the team. After Betty's husband recovered, she decided to sell the business, and Jim and his wife took over ownership in 2008. With their experience as pet sitters and their love for animals, they were the perfect fit to continue providing quality pet care services to the community.
