Welcome to one of Greenwich's best-kept secrets, or so our customers say. When you enter Lone Pine Kennel, you will be greeted by our friendly staff of dog-loving professionals who recognize your pet by name. Our kennel is set in a beautiful, back-country Greenwich location, with spacious outdoor areas that set us apart from many of the other facilities in the industry today. It's the small, family atmosphere and the personal interest we take in your dogs that will keep you coming back year after year.

Our Services

At Lone Pine Kennel, we offer a range of services designed to cater to the unique needs of your furry friend. We invite you to take a look at our photo gallery to see our pups at play and the vast variety of dogs we take care of.

*Bathing*

While we do not currently have a groomer on staff, we offer an excellent bathing service. We can accommodate anything from a simple wash to a de-shedding treatment or a de-skunking wash. Our baths include a blowout, brush out, nails clipped, and ears cleaned. Pricing varies by dog, so please ask for more information.

*Dog Boarding (No Cats)*

Our dog boarding service includes meals from home (or our kibble) and any supplements or medications you bring from home. We offer four supervised 20/30-minute outdoor play sessions in our fenced-in yards with artificial turf. Group play is included without additional charges, but is only available based on our evaluation. We only accept dogs that can participate in play group. Newly renovated outdoor play areas are wall-to-wall turf and provide increased shelter from the elements. Six-foot privacy fencing ensures your dog's safety, and a 40 KW standby generator system can power the kennel and surrounding buildings until power is restored. Our alarm system notifies the fire department, the property owner, and the kennel manager in the unlikely event of emergencies.

*Daycare*

Looking for some activity for your dog or puppy while you're at work? Our daycare service is the solution for you! Full Day includes breakfast and lunch (if they need it), lots of outdoor playtime, and mid-day naps. Purchase a ten-pack virtual punch card for a great savings over the daily rate.

Our facility can accommodate up to 86 dogs. Our staff will always do their best to accommodate all our clients' boarding needs. We assign spaces based on the size and temperament of your dog. All boarding spaces are climate-controlled for your pet's comfort and are given blankets/bedding/cots depending on your dogs' needs/requirements.

Our address is 39 John Street, Greenwich, CT 06831. We are open Monday-Saturday from 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM, 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM, and Sunday for pick up only from 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM, 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM. If you arrive outside of office hours, please wait until the office has reopened. You will not be let in unless previous arrangements have been made.

At Lone Pine Kennel, we take the safety and well-being of your pet seriously. We require updated vaccinations, including Rabies, Distemper/Parvo, Bordetella, and Influenza (if able), as well as copies of your dog's town license and rabies certificate before we can confirm any reservation. We have a strict cancellation policy for holidays and school breaks to ensure all clients have a fair chance at boarding with us.
