Port Chester Obedience Training Club (PCOTC) is an American Kennel Club (AKC) Member Club, located in White Plains, NY. Our club has a rich history, dating back to 1940 in Port Chester, NY. Over the years, we have evolved to become a premier dog training facility, offering a wide range of training programs and activities designed to strengthen the bond between dogs and their owners.
