Our Story

Glamour Paws was founded by Charlene Baxter, a passionate pet lover with a natural talent for pet grooming. With her years of experience at PetSmart, she knew exactly what it took to make pets look and feel their best. In 2000, she joined Glamour Paws as the manager, where she learned the ins and outs of the business. After years of honing her skills and helping to run the successful business, she took the leap and started C.R. Paws Mobile Grooming, which quickly became the premier mobile grooming business in Fort Worth. In 2015, Charlene and her husband Jason were able to purchase Glamour Paws, where they continued to grow the business and provide a great place to work for many years to come.
