Kodiak Acres

Kodiak Acres, located in the beautiful countryside of Bethany, Connecticut, is a dedicated Newfoundland dog breeder and a renowned boarding and grooming facility. We have been passionate members of the Newfoundland Club of America and the Newfoundland Club of New England since 1997. Over the years, we have produced numerous top-twenty Newfoundlands, earned prestigious awards at the NCA National, and have seen our dogs thrive in the show ring, in water rescue training, draft work, and as beloved family pets.

Our journey began with our love for the Newfoundland breed and a commitment to preserving its integrity and excellence. We believe in the importance of responsible breeding practices, and we strive to produce dogs that are not only beautiful but also healthy and well-tempered. We take great pride in our dogs and are dedicated to providing them with the best possible care and attention.

In addition to our Newfoundland dogs, we also share our home with two cats we rescued from the local shelter, 18 chickens, and two roosters. We believe in giving back to our community and providing a safe and loving home to animals in need.
