Hound Around Dog Walkers began in 2004, born from a simple but crucial need. Our founder, Mindy, discovered the struggle firsthand: finding a reliable and trustworthy dog walker when her demanding job at a busy airport left her unable to give her beloved Beagle, Dale, the attention he craved. Unimpressed with the limited options available, Mindy recognized a gap in the market - a need for a dog walking service that prioritized quality care, professionalism, and genuine love for animals. Combining her own passion for dogs with her business acumen, she set out to create just that.
