Our Story

As a lifelong animal lover and advocate, I, Veda Onori, founded Veda's Dog Day Afternoon in 2003. With a deep understanding of animal behavior and behavior modification, I'm committed to providing personalized care that surpasses our clients' expectations. My extensive experience in animal care, which includes volunteering at PAWS Wildlife and working with developmentally disabled adults, has equipped me with the skills to understand and meet the unique needs of each pet.

Kennel-Free Boarding

Are you looking for a alternative to traditional kennel boarding? Our Kennel-Free Boarding service provides a smoke-free, fun-loving environment for your dogs to stay overnight in my Beacon Hill home. Your pets will enjoy off-leash adventures during the day and relaxing evenings on the couch or in dog beds. Please note that our sleep-over visitors must be potty trained, house-savvy, and not prone to separation anxiety.

Off-Leash Adventures

Treat your dogs to the ultimate off-leash adventure at our partnered locations in West Seattle, Queen Anne, and Magnolia. Our off-leash parks include Magnuson Park, where your dogs can run, socialize, fetch, and play to their hearts' content.
