At Committed Alliance to Strays, we are dedicated to decreasing the number of stray and abandoned cats in Jackson County, Oregon by rescuing, testing, vaccinating, neutering, and providing shelter for homeless cats awaiting adoption. Our mission is to educate the public on responsible pet ownership with an emphasis on neutering. We believe that every cat deserves a second chance at a happy and healthy life.

Our Services

Adoption Services

Our adoption process is designed to match the perfect cat with the perfect family. Our knowledgeable and experienced adoption counselors will work with you to find a cat that fits your lifestyle, living situation, and personality. We also offer a multiple cat discount for families who adopt multiple cats at the same time.

Spay/Neuter Services

At C.A.T.S., we believe that spaying or neutering is essential to reducing the number of stray and abandoned cats in our community. Our experienced veterinarians perform spay/neuter surgeries to ensure that every cat is safe, healthy, and adoptable.

Foster Program

Our foster program provides a safe and nurturing environment for cats who need extra care before they are adopted. Our foster families work closely with our adoption counselors to find the perfect forever home for each cat.
