At its heart, Paddywack is a single-location, family-owned independent store, run with passion and dedication by husband-and-wife team Adam and Shane. Their combined experience of over 35 years in the natural pet food world allows them to curate a carefully selected assortment of products that prioritize pet health and well-being. Prior to taking ownership in 2014, Adam diligently served as Paddywack's Operations Manager, while Shane focused on raising their two young children. This personal investment in the store is evident in their unwavering commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience.
