Problems with Grooming and Customer Service
Several reviewers have expressed dissatisfaction with the grooming services they received at this pet boutique. Annette McCabe gave a 1-star review, claiming that the groomer did a very bad job and that the customer service was poor. Mike Hammond also gave a 1-star review, stating that the grooming was not professional and that the owner's response to his concerns was hostile. Cathy Pennington reported that a groomer accidentally cut off the edge of her dog's ear and then charged her for a half-groomed dog.
