Unmet Expectations and Disappointing Experience
Author Nick & Carolyn Stanger gave a 2-star rating for their disappointing experience with a puppy class. The couple signed up for the class because they wanted their puppy to socialize with other dogs from an early age. However, the class was postponed due to the other puppies not being able to attend. On the second class, they were told they would be the only client, and the other pup's owner couldn't find a babysitter. The owner eventually admitted that there were no other puppies signed up and instead offered to bring an adult dog for the puppy to meet.
Communication Issues and Refund Dispute
The Stangers were not pleased with the situation and asked for a partial refund. The owner initially declined but later offered the refund. However, it took a few attempts to receive the refund, with the Stangers having to follow up multiple times to get it processed. The owner eventually provided an explanation for the delay, citing a family emergency.
