Our Services

We offer a variety of pet care services designed to meet the diverse needs of pet owners in Peachtree Corners, Georgia, and beyond. Our services include:

1. Vacation Visits and Dog Walks (Pet Sitting in Your Home): Let us take care of your pets in the comfort of their own home while you're away. Our experienced pet sitters will provide love, care, and attention to your pets, as well as handle other housekeeping tasks such as collecting mail, watering plants, and rotating blinds.

2. Massage Therapy for Dogs and Cats (Also In Your Home!): Our certified Small Animal Massage Practitioner (cSAMP) will travel to your home to provide massage therapy to your pets. This service promotes relaxation, flexibility, and physical maintenance for pets of all ages, and can also increase mobility and function for aging pets.

How Does This Work?

The process begins with an initial contact. You can reach out to us by filling out our contact form, calling us at 678-389-5679, or emailing us at info@zendogpetcare.com with the services and dates you're interested in. We'll discuss your pet's needs and provide a per-visit quote based on the number of animals you have and the amount of time you require per visit.

Next, we'll schedule a free consultation visit for a sitter to come to your home to meet you and your pets, and further discuss your needs. During this visit, you'll be asked for a physical address and an email address, and we'll need two copies of your house key to be given to the sitter, if you decide to hire us for your pet care.

The consultation visit typically lasts around 30 minutes, during which the sitter will meet you and your pets, go over their normal routine, and discuss where everything is located, from cleaning supplies to food and medication instructions. We'll also confirm dates and the number of visits for which you require our services.

Once the consultation is complete, we'll email you a tentative schedule, which can be adjusted if necessary. Full payment for new clients is due 5 days before departure, while existing clients' payment is due on the day of departure. Daily dog walking clients are expected to pay for the coming week's walks on Monday of every week of service. We accept cash, checks, and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express).

For existing clients, once you've gone through the consultation and paperwork process once, that's it! We'll store all the necessary information in a secured database, and your keys will be locked in a key safe in our office. To book pet sitting or dog walking in the future, simply contact us via phone, email, or website, and let us know when you need us. We'll email you a schedule, and you're ready to take off, knowing that your pets will be in good hands.
