My passion for the animal world has always been at the forefront of my life. I've dedicated myself to learning and mastering the art of pet grooming, pursuing certifications in various aspects of the field. My experience extends beyond grooming, encompassing pet sitting, dog training, and small animal husbandry. This diverse background allows me to provide a holistic approach to pet care, ensuring your furry friends receive the best possible attention and support.

As a full-time student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in English, my availability is currently limited to residents of Stone Ridge. As a commitment to transparency, I will keep you informed through my mailing list about any changes in availability, including breaks between semesters, so you can plan ahead.

Pet Sitting Services

Dewey's Paws Pet Care offers attentive and loving pet sitting services for the residents of Stone Ridge. We understand that leaving your pet behind while you're away can be stressful, and we strive to create a comfortable and familiar environment for them.

To ensure the health and safety of all our furry clients, we require up-to-date vaccinations for all animals we care for. This includes rabies, FVRCP (for cats), DHPP and Bordetella (for dogs), and RHD for rabbits. For ferrets, we require rabies and distemper vaccination. We also require flea prevention for all pets. Remember, these vaccinations are crucial not only for your pet's well-being but also for the safety of other animals in our care.

We believe that each pet has unique needs, so we offer flexible service options. Cats require at least one visit per day to minimize stress and anxiety, especially during longer absences. For dogs, we recommend a minimum of two visits per day to maintain their routine and ensure they receive adequate playtime and attention. Most dogs benefit from three visits per day, with meals, playtime, and bedtime care.

Grooming Services

Dewey's Paws Pet Care offers professional grooming services for small pets. We believe in providing gentle and caring grooming experiences tailored to each pet's individual personality and breed needs. We utilize high-quality products and techniques to ensure a safe and positive experience.

Our grooming services include: bathing, drying, brushing, nail trimming, ear cleaning, and haircutting.

Creative grooming styles are available upon request, so your pet can truly look their best.
