Exceptional Service at Bond Vet
Bond Vet, with its availability on short notice and transparent pricing, has consistently received high praise from its clients. Dr. Anna Kaufman and her team are highly regarded for their compassionate and competent care. They take the time to explain options and costs, providing a clear understanding of the best course of action for the pets in their care.
Diverse Experiences
However, some clients have reported mixed experiences. Dylan Mayoff's 1-star review highlighted concerns about price gouging and the vet's lack of transparency in providing treatment plans. He noted that the vet was uninterested in exploring alternative options and prioritized charging high prices over providing effective care.
On the other hand, Carmen B. Yellen and Amanda Rose Smith both praised the staff and doctors at Bond Vet, citing excellent service, kindness, and competence. Amanda Rose Smith particularly mentioned the staff member Janisel, who went above and beyond in communicating with her about her pet's surgery.
A Cautionary Tale
Judy Schneier's 1-star review sounded a warning about Bond Vet's high prices, which she believed were driven by the company's private equity ownership. She reported being presented with an estimate of $3000 for tests and then being offered an anti-nausea injection for $250, which she found absurdly expensive.
