My journey into pet sitting began after a life-changing event that prompted a career shift. Having spent over two decades in the IT industry, I found myself at a crossroads. I embraced this unexpected opportunity to pursue a lifelong dream - caring for animals. While I didn't grow up with pets, my husband's unwavering belief in pet ownership led us to welcome two Golden Retrievers, Molly and Bailey, into our lives. They quickly became cherished members of our family, teaching me the true meaning of unconditional love and companionship. Besides these two, we also adopted Atticus, a Husky mix, and Sadie, a shepherd mix, both rescues with unique personalities.

Losing both Molly and Bailey in 2016 was devastating, but it solidified my commitment to providing a loving and supportive environment for animals in need. My husband and I actively foster dogs rescued from difficult situations, ensuring they receive the care, socialization, and training every dog deserves before finding their forever homes.

• In-Home Visit: This initial visit allows us to meet face-to-face, discuss your pet's requirements, answer any questions you may have, and complete all necessary paperwork. During this visit, I'll take detailed notes on your pet's care instructions, including feeding schedules, exercise routines, and any special needs they may have.

• Basic Visit: This visit provides essential care for your pets, ensuring they are comfortable and well-cared for while you're away. I'll provide fresh food and water, administer medication (if needed), clean litter boxes, pick up waste, and offer playtime and exercise.

• Limited Watering: For those who require it, I can water indoor plants to keep them thriving in your absence.

• Mail Retrieval: I'll ensure your home appears lived-in by collecting mail, newspapers, and any delivered packages, providing an added sense of security.

• Light and Window Management: Alternating lights and window coverings will mimic your regular routines, creating a more natural and reassuring environment for your pets.

• Trash and Recycling: I'll take care of putting out trash cans on scheduled collection days and bringing them back in once emptied, eliminating any extra chores for you upon your return.

• Individual Dog Walks: For our canine companions, I offer 30-minute individual walks, ensuring they receive their necessary exercise and stimulation.
