At Sugarland Ranch, we are a community-based non-profit organization dedicated to promoting the human-animal bond. Established in 2001 by Mack and Robyn, our mission is to provide a safe and nurturing environment for dogs, while also supporting animal physical therapy and rescue services.
Our Services
Our core services include dog boarding, animal physical therapy, and rescue operations. Our dog boarding program, Honey Bear's Country Kennels, is open to the public and offers a range of services tailored to meet the unique needs of each dog. From short-term to long-term stays, we provide a comfortable and secure environment for dogs of all sizes and breeds.
We also specialize in animal physical therapy, offering a unique set of services designed to improve the health and well-being of dogs. Our certified animal physical therapists work closely with veterinarians and dog owners to develop customized therapy plans that address the specific needs of each dog.
In addition to our core services, we also offer a range of complementary programs, including rescue operations and military deployment programs. Our team works tirelessly to rescue dogs from high-kill shelters and re-home them with loving families. We also provide support to military personnel and their families by caring for their dogs while they are deployed.

Our founders, Mack and Robyn, have a deep passion for animals and a commitment to making a positive impact in their community. With a background in juvenile probation, Mack brings a unique perspective to our organization, while Robyn, a licensed physical therapist, brings her expertise in animal physical therapy.

One of our most courageous and loving dogs is Bella Bellona, a majestic Mastiff who has captured the hearts of everyone at Sugarland Ranch. Bella Bellona, or Bella for short, was rescued from a high-kill shelter and received immediate attention from our team. With her kind and gentle nature, Bella has become an ambassador for Sugarland Ranch, spreading joy and love to all who meet her. And, with your help, we can continue to support her recovery and provide a loving home for her forever.
