Our Story

As a Certified Nose Work Instructor (CNWI), Rachelle Bailey Austin, owner and trainer at About Face K-9 Academy, has dedicated her career to providing science-based, positive reinforcement training methods. With a passion for animal behavior and learning, Rachelle has studied extensively in the field, attending numerous seminars and workshops nationwide to stay up-to-date with the latest research and methodologies. Her extensive knowledge and expertise have earned her a reputation as a trusted and respected authority in the canine training community.
