First Coast No More Homeless Pets (FCNMP) is a leading animal welfare organization serving Northeast Florida. Since 1986, we have been working to prevent pet homelessness, alleviate suffering, and promote responsible pet ownership through a variety of programs and services.
Our Mission
Our mission is to ensure the dignity and well-being of animals in our community by:
- Providing affordable veterinary care through our spay/neuter program.
- Assisting pet owners facing financial hardship through our pet food bank and discounted veterinary services.
- Reducing pet homelessness through trap-neuter-release programs and fostering initiatives.
- Promoting responsible pet ownership through outreach and education.
1. Affordable Veterinary Care
- Low-cost spay/neuter surgeries for cats and dogs.
- Preventative care including vaccinations and parasite control.
- Pet wellness exams and treatment for common ailments.
2. Pet Assistance Programs
- Free microchipping events to reunite lost pets with their owners.
- Food and supplies for pet owners facing financial hardship.
- Trap-Neuter-Release (TNR) program to control free-roaming cat populations.
3. Community Outreach
- Educational workshops on responsible pet ownership.
- Community cat resource guide with information on local shelters and resources.
