Basic Bath: Our gentle bathing experience includes nail trimming, ear cleaning, sanitary area shaving, anal gland expression, two baths with hypoallergenic shampoo, coat conditioner, teeth brushing, blow drying, and a finishing touch with a bow or bandana.
Bath and Tidy: This package adds meticulous trimming around the feet, sanitary trimming, and light trimming around the face.
Full Service Groom: Designed for a complete makeover, this package includes everything in the Basic Bath and Tidy, plus a breed-specific haircut or customer-requested haircut.
Nail Only: Keep your pet's nails trimmed to prevent discomfort and promote a healthy gait.
Additional Services: We also offer additional services that can be added to any grooming package for an additional charge, including flea and tick relief, de-skunking treatment, skin irritation management, and a revolutionary shed-reducing treatment.

Poor Customer Service and Unpleasant Experiences
Several reviewers have shared negative experiences with Sudsy Time, including poor customer service, unexpected additional fees, and unpleasant treatment of their dogs. Author Shauna Gaiter was charged a $35 additional fee for canceling an appointment in July, only to have another appointment missed. Author Basi Kay was also informed of a $35 charge for a cancelled appointment months later. Author Vanessa Vela had a particularly bad experience, with the groomers accusing her dog of having a skin condition, only to cancel the appointment at the last minute. Author Holly Wittenauer was quoted a different price for her dogs' grooming services and was left feeling disgusted with the service.
Disappointing Appointments and Miscommunication
Some reviewers have reported disappointing appointments and miscommunication with the groomers. Author Amellaly Pozos, Biljana Janeva, and Sara Drake all had positive experiences, praising the great service and results they received. However, other reviewers had issues with communication, with Author Jacky N. having to ask about payment methods and Author Guzzy Ram experiencing a misunderstanding about a 3-day hold on their account.
Accessibility Issues
