Karen Rude is an esteemed member of the Indian Head Kennel Club and a state-licensed dog show judge. She has competed in numerous National dog shows and achieved remarkable results, including titling 7 U.D. dogs, 20 C.D.X. dogs, and multiple C.D.s. Karen has earned 7 High in Trials and numerous AKC Hunt test titles. She has even achieved multiple Rally Titles with perfect scores and is the proud founder of the Pet Therapy Program at Mayo Hospital and the Pet Therapy Dog Program at Northern Center.

With her vast experience in training dogs to perform as therapy dogs, aid the disabled, and even answer phones, Karen has demonstrated her exceptional skills and expertise. As a certified Canine Good Citizen (CGC) evaluator and a proud breeder of champion Labrador Retrievers, Karen combines her extensive knowledge and affection for dogs to offer unparalleled training services.

We cover walking nicely on a leash (no pulling), sit and down stays, come when called, nail care, and socialization, as well as problem-solving, preventing jumping, biting, and excessive barking. We also emphasize housebreaking, making this the best dog class in the area.

2. Intermediate Class: As your dog progresses in its training journey, the intermediate class builds on the foundation laid by the beginner/puppy class. This class further refines your dog's obedience skills and helps you address more complex behavioral challenges.

3. Conformation Show Class: If you aspire to showcase your dog in the competitive world of conformation shows, our conformation show class can help you achieve that dream. We provide expert guidance and coaching to prepare your dog for the show ring.

4. CGC Test: We offer the Canine Good Citizen (CGC) Test, an American Kennel Club (AKC) program designed to promote responsible dog ownership and well-behaved canine companions.

5. Boarding and Private Training: We accommodate your dog during the summer months and offer private training sessions tailored to your dog's specific needs and your desired outcomes.
