Services Offered

ARF's commitment to animal wellbeing extends far beyond providing temporary shelter. We offer a comprehensive range of services designed to meet the diverse needs of animals and their families:

• Adoption: Our adoption process is designed to match each animal with the perfect home. We conduct thorough screening to ensure responsible and loving placements. Potential adopters have the opportunity to interact with animals in a friendly and comfortable setting, allowing them to truly connect before bringing a furry companion home.

• Dog Training and Socialization Classes: Recognizing that a well-trained and socialized dog is a happier and better-integrated member of the community, ARF offers a variety of training classes for dogs of all ages and breeds. Expert trainers guide owners through positive reinforcement techniques, helping them build stronger bonds with their dogs and address behavioral challenges.

• Southern Rescue Program: Understanding the unique needs of animals in shelters further south, ARF actively participates in a rescue program. This initiative transports animals from overcrowded shelters to the safety and care of ARF, increasing their chances of finding loving families.

• Operation Cat (TNR): Committed to humane population control, ARF conducts Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) clinics to humanely address feral cat populations. Through spay/neuter surgeries and vaccinations, we aim to reduce the number of stray cats while ensuring their health and well-being.

• Wellness and Vaccine Clinics: ARF provides essential veterinary services to the community, including wellness checkups and vaccination clinics. This accessibility helps ensure that pets receive the preventative care they need to live healthy and happy lives.
