Our Story

Wild at Heart was founded by Greg, a lifelong animal enthusiast who has always had a passion for animals. Growing up, Greg was surrounded by pets and has been involved in animal welfare and rescue efforts for many years. After relocating to Portland, Greg saw a need for a pet care service that would provide personalized, fun, and engaging experiences for pets, and thus Wild at Heart was born. With over 15 years of professional experience, Wild at Heart has become a trusted name in the Portland pet care industry.

Meet Our Team

At Wild at Heart, we believe in the importance of teamwork and collaboration. Our team consists of equal owners who work together to provide exceptional pet care services. Meet Jessica, a professional pet care provider with over 7 years of experience working with dogs of all breeds and temperaments. Jessica is a full-time student at Portland State University and is certified in Pet First Aid. Katie, another member of our team, is a pet-sitting and dog-walking enthusiast who has been caring for animals for the past 2 years. Katie is also passionate about climate change prevention and activism.

Overnight Boarding

Our overnight boarding services are designed to provide a comfortable and relaxing experience for your pet. We offer overnight boarding in your home or in one of our team members' homes. We cater to dogs of all ages and breeds, and our experienced pet care providers will ensure your pet receives the care and attention they need.
