Our Story
Our journey began with Karen's dream of opening her own grooming business. With many years of experience, Karen has a deep understanding of what pets need to feel happy and relaxed. She opened her first grooming shop in September 2007 and has since expanded to a second location in November 2013. Due to the spacious nature of our current location, we have been able to expand our services to over 11,600 sqft.

Grooming
Our grooming salon is state-of-the-art, with trained professionals who will work with you to create a personalized grooming plan for your pet. We offer a range of services, including baths, cuts, and styling, all using natural and chemical-free products.
Daycare
Our daycare program is designed for socialization and exercise. We have two large indoor play areas and three outdoor play areas, where your pet can run, jump, and play with new friends. Our daycare program is suitable for most breeds and ages, and we have a variety of toys and activities to keep your pet entertained.
Boarding
At Doggie D'Tails, we understand the importance of providing a safe and comfortable environment for your pet while you're away. Our boarding facility has 2,000 sqft of inside play space and 5,000 sqft of outside play areas, giving your pet plenty of room to run and play. We also offer a variety of activities, including walks and playtime, to ensure your pet stays happy and healthy.

Boarding and Daycare Concerns
Multiple reviewers have expressed concerns about the boarding and daycare services offered by Doggie D'Tails. Dennis Little mentioned that the facility has a 30:1 ratio of dogs to staff, leading to unattended dogs, and even mentioned an incident where a dog passed away due to the kennel cover being tampered with.
