Our founder, Kelly Andrade, is a lifelong animal enthusiast who believes pets are integral members of the family. Driven by the profound bond she shared with her beloved dog, Pongo, Kelly created Pongo's Pals to honor his memory and fulfill her passion for serving the needs of other pet owners. With two rescue dogs, Apollo and Athena, and a cat named Lulu, Kelly and her family understand the joys and responsibilities that come with pet ownership.
