Services

At Ark Animal Hospital, we understand the importance of preventative care for your pet. Our comprehensive wellness program includes "from nose to toes" physical examinations, vaccinations, routine parasite screening, appropriate blood work and other laboratory testing, microchipping, anal gland expression, nail trimming, and more. We also provide top-of-the-line diagnostic equipment, an extensive in-house pharmacy, and compassionate and experienced staff to provide exceptional care when your pet is injured or suffering from an acute illness or chronic condition.

Preventative Wellness

Our preventative wellness program is tailored to your specific pet's lifestyle and needs, regardless of their life stage. From puppies and kittens to geriatric individuals, we provide comprehensive wellness care that includes:

Illness & Injury Care

In the event your pet falls ill or is injured, we provide exceptional care to help them recover. Our in-house laboratory boasts the most current advancements in IDEXX diagnostic equipment, giving us the ability to diagnose and monitor your pet for a number of acute and chronic diseases. We also offer a variety of procedures such as entropion correction, growth removal, bladder surgery, and more.

Diagnostics

Our in-house laboratory and partnership with IDEXX diagnostic laboratories ensure that we have the latest technology and expertise to diagnose and monitor a wide range of conditions. We regularly monitor patients on Phenobarbital therapy in-house for therapeutic drug levels in the blood; and we also provide cytology, urinalysis, fecal examination, and digital radiography services on-site.

Surgery

In addition to routine spay and neuter procedures, we offer a variety of procedures such as entropion correction, growth removal, bladder surgery, and more. We also offer full dental cleanings, including ultrasonic scaling and polishing of the teeth, and extractions as needed.
