Our Story

Texas Duck Dogs is a family-owned and operated business based in North Texas, proudly serving the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. Our team has a long history of raising and training legendary hunting dogs, with a legacy that spans multiple generations. Our owner and head trainer, Wade Cashion, is a 5th-generation dog trainer/handler, and his family has a deep understanding of what it takes to produce exceptional hunting dogs.

Our Services

We specialize in training hunting dogs that hunt, and our programs are designed to help your dog become a well-behaved member of your family while also serving as a trusted partner in the field. Our Basic Hunter program provides your dog with a foundation of formal obedience training, along with the field work necessary for that occasional dove or duck hunt.

We also offer Custom Training programs tailored to your specific needs, as well as Lanyards, a unique training system that targets specific behaviors and reinforces desired actions. Our experienced trainers work closely with you to understand your dog's strengths, weaknesses, and temperaments, crafting a personalized training plan that suits your pup's unique needs.
